RENOVACIÓN E NOVO INGRESO DO 24 MARZO ao 12 ABRIL

1. Tal e como dispón o artigo 8 da Resolución, e atendendo ás especiais circunstancias provocadas polo COVID-19, as solicitudes presentaranse preferiblemente por vía electrónica. Ditas solicitudes de renovación de praza presentaranse a través do formulario normalizado do procedemento BS404B, correspondente ás escolas do Consorcio, e dispoñible na sede electrónica da Xunta de Galicia: https://sede.xunta.gal

2. Opcionalmente, poderá descargar o dito formulario (BS404B) dispoñible tanto na sede electrónica da Xunta como nas páxinas web: https://politicasocial.xunta.gal, https://igualdadebenestar.org, https://www.escolasinfantisdegalicia.es/, para presentalo presencialmente en calquera dos lugares e rexistros establecidos na normativa reguladora do procedemento administrativo común.

3. Para todos aqueles casos nos que non sexa posible a presentación telemática, a partires do mércores 24 de marzo o persoal da escola infantil acompañará a través de atención telefónica, tanto para aclarar calquera dúbida, axudarlles na cobertura dos anexos a presentar, xunto coa documentación xustificativa, así como para concretar unha hora de atención na escola caso de ser preciso, con cita previa. Neste caso acudirá solamente unha persoa por familia.

Se precisan axuda para a presentación electrónica da solicitude, poderán chamar tanto á escola infantil como aos servizos centrais do Consorcio ( 881996480/881996477/881996479/881996474/881996473/881996483), que lles guiarán na presentación da mesma a través da sede da Xunta.

Listaxes provisionais 10 de maio. Reclamacións do 11 maio ao 18 maio. Listaxe definitiva 31 de maio.

SEGUNDO A RESOLUCIÓN POLA QUE SE CONVOCA O PROCEDEMENTO DE ADXUDICACIÓN DE PRAZAS PARA O CURSO 2021-2022 CON CARÁCTER EXCEPCIONAL ADMITIRANSE AS SOLICITUDES PRESENTADAS FORA DO PRAZO ESTABLECIDO QUE SE ATOPEN NOS SEGUINTES CASOS:

1º NACEMENTO, ACOLLEMENTO OU ADOPCIÓN DA/0 NENA/O CON POSTERIORIDADE AO PRAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.

2º CAMBIO DE CONCELLO DE RESIDENCIA OU DE TRABALLO DA UNIDADE FAMILIAR.

3º CAMBIO DE DOMICILIO OU LUGAR DE TRABALLO DA UNIDADE FAMILIAR DENTRO DO MESMO CONCELLO.

4º RETORNO A GALICIA DURANTE O ANO 2021 DAS GALEGAS E GALEGOS QUE RESIDISEN FORA DE ESPAÑA, SEMPRE QUE DITO RETORNO SE PRODUCISE CON POSTERIORIDADE AO PRAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.

5º OUTRAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS QUE MOTIVADAMENTE APRECIE A XERENCIA DO CONSORCIO GALEGO DE SERVIZOS DE IGUALDADE E BENESTAR.

O PRAZO PARA ESTAS SOLICITUDES É DENDE O 13 DE ABRIL ATA O 9 DE MAIO.

ESTAS SOLICITUDES DEBERÁN IR ACOMPAÑADAS DA DOCUMENTACIÓN ACREDITATIVA DA CIRCUNSTANCIA QUE MOTIVA A SÚA PRESENTACIÓN FÓRA DE PRAZO.

PRAZO DE MATRÍCULA 1 AO 10 DE XUÑO.
